Your reserved bike will be ready for collection from 8:30 AM at the selected Intersport Val Gardena rental shop.
Yes. Depending on availability, you can add accessories such as helmets, pedals, elbow pads, knee pads and other equipment during the online booking process.
Please return your rented bike by 5:30 PM (17:30) on the agreed return date.
No. E-bikes are easy to ride and suitable for beginners as well as experienced cyclists. When collecting your bike, our team will gladly explain the main functions so you can enjoy your Dolomite tour safely and comfortably.
Yes. During the online booking process you can easily add several bikes and participants to the same reservation.
Online reservations can be paid securely and conveniently with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay o Amazon Pay.
Please bring a valid ID card or passport together with a credit card when collecting your bike.

Yes. With the optional “Sports Easy” cancellation protection (2% of the rental price), you can cancel your reservation up to three days before the rental starts by email. Without cancellation protection, refunds are not available.
The bike is not automatically insured. For €10 per bike per day you can add the optional Sports Safety Package. It covers accidental damage but does not cover theft or damage caused by improper use.
If you experience a technical problem during your tour, our team will be happy to assist you by phone. Please note that a bike recovery service is not included, even with the Sports Safety Package.

Yes. Early termination of the contract is possible by returning the rented equipment, but without refund of the agreed rental fee. Refunds are granted only in case of illness or injury, upon presentation of a local medical certificate.
