Touring skis:
The touring ski is much lighter and wider than the alpine ski. These features combined with a special pin touring ski binding allow you to climb off-piste.
Touring skins:
For ascending, special “skins” are glued to the bottom of the touring ski to prevent it from slipping back.
Touring ski boots:
he touring ski boot is also much lighter than the alpine ski boot. For the ascent, the upper ski boot shaft is unlocked to allow a natural walking movement. For the descent, the shaft is blocked again.
Touring ski poles:
The ideal touring poles are lightweight, stable and adjustable in length. Large plates are required for a good grip in the snow.
Clothing for ski touring:
The clothing should be light and breathable. By combining several layers (onion principle), you can be dressed lighter on the ascent and put on a windproof, warm layer on the descent. You will find the right clothes in our sports store INTERSPORT DOSSES -> ONLINE SHOP
